Please come 30 minutes early on your first class so we can complete some paperwork and prepare you for your workout! Wear comfortable workout clothes and no shoes on the mats. You can workout in bare feet or socks. Bring lots of water and a sweat towel. After class we will sit down for a few minutes to see how you liked it and we will inform you about our membership options. We do give our best deals on your first day, but no pressure to join.
